I have been involved in Real Estate my entire life. Raised in the Seattle area within a Real Estate Centric family, I first went to work for a land Developer/Builder. I started my construction company while in my 20’s and was first licensed in the late 1980’s. My reputation is that of a hardworking, honest advocate for my clients.
The experience and knowledge I provide clients relies upon 4 decades of construction and Real Estate background, Which includes, New Construction, Remodels, 2nd homes, Investments, Waterfront, Back yard Rental Cottages, Agriculture, Timberlands and Water Rights, additionally 20 years of seasonal operations in the Alaska Bush.

More About Me

Having grown up in the Northwest I’ve enjoyed much of what the area has to offer. As an ex Ski Patrol, during winter you will find our family Alpine skiing in the high country or cross country skiing in the Teanaway. Summer you will find us on something that floats, whether it be a kayak, Sailboat or vintage runabout. Though a long time horse owner I have given them up to pursue other activities. I volunteer for the Department of Natural Resources and WA. Department of Fish and Wildlife on the 20 member Teanaway Community Forest Advisory Committee.
